Biography
Sara MacLennan is a Visiting Senior Research Fellow in the Community Wellbeing Programme, assessing the value for money of government policies in wellbeing terms. She has over 10 years experience working in the Government Economics Service advising policies and spending decisions, including a focus on natural capital and environmental policy. She authored the UK guidance for incorporating wellbeing in cost benefit analysis and was Head of Evidence for the What Works Centre for Wellbeing.
