Lionel Robbins Lectures 2024
Lionel Robbins was one of the outstanding men of his time: economist, public servant and supporter of the arts. The lectures, which were established in his name, take place each year and are a major event in the life of LSE, featuring eminent economists from around the world.
This event is the final night in a series of three lectures with the theme 'A growth story for the 21st century: building sustainable, resilient, and equitable development'.
The first lecture, A world re-drawn; a world in crisis; a moment in history, will take place on Tuesday 12 March.
The second lecture, A new growth story: structural transformation; policies and institutions, will take place on Wednesday 13 March.
Participants are expected to adhere to the CEP Events Code of Conduct.
