The 2026 CEP conference takes place at Shendish Manor, London Rd, Hemel Hempstead. The conference is expected to begin around 10:45 on Monday 18 May and finish at 15:30 on Tuesday 19 May.

Call for papers

The call for papers is open to CEP academics and associates.

If you would like to present a paper, please submit prospective titles and abstracts to cep.events.lse.ac.uk, cc'ing your programme director.

Note to speakers:

You have 25 minutes per paper, with an additional 5 minutes for Q&A; please keep your presentations succinct and on point.

Note to Programme Directors:

You have 15 minutes for a programme overview.
Please be strict on timings during your programme's presentations (overruns will eat into break times)
