JOHN VAN REENEN, PROFESSOR OF ECONOMICS, MIT: It's about the soul of Britain. I think today, Boris Johnson has prorogued parliament to stop there being a debate over preventing no-deal Brexit. A no-deal Brexit is opposed by most members of parliament and opposed by majority of the British public.
