Biography

Dr Dita Eckardt is Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick and Associate at the Centre for Economic Performance. Prior to joining Warwick Dita was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. She completed her PhD at the London School of Economics in 2020.

Current areas of research include:

• The specificity of human capital with the goal of providing insights into the skills that workers require to carry out the tasks demanded across different occupations.
• Methodological advances in applied econometrics.
