Biography

Dr Rui Costa is a Research Fellow for the Labour and Education and Skills Programmes and Guest Lecturer at the Department of Economics, London School of Economics. He received his PhD in Economics at the University College London in 2018. He is also a Research Fellow at Institute for the Future of Work (IFOW).

Current areas of research include:

Labour Economics: Wages and Skills; International Trade Impacts on Labour Markets; Technological Change and Labour Markets.
Economics of Crime: Youth Crime and Education; Domestic Violence; Organised Crime; Determinants of Criminal Careers
