Biography
Maxwell Read is a research assistant with the Programme on Innovation and Diffusion. He holds an MA in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
Current areas of research include:
- Innovation Economics: Evaluating returns to R&D spending, focusing particularly on green innovation policies
- Knowledge Spillovers: Using unstructured data to measure diffusion of technical and cultural ideas
