Biography

Dr. Ruveyda Gozen is an Assistant Professor at Cardiff Business School and an associate at the CEP for the Programme of Innovation and Diffusion (POID) directed by John Van Reenen. She is an applied microeconomist with a focus on innovation, gender, and economic history. She received her Ph.D. in Economics in June 2022.

Current areas of research include:

  • Applied microeconomics: Entrepreneurship; Innovation in the 19th and 20th century; Women Inventors; Policies to uncover the lost "Einsteins or Marie Curies"; Green Innovation
