Biography

Paul Brandily works for the Institut National du Service Public (INSP, French Civil Service). He is also an Associate at the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics. Prior to joining CEP, Paul was a PhD candidate Paris 1 Sorbonne-PSE. He also worked for the World Bank in the Kivu regions (DR Congo) and was a research assistant to Prof. Tony Venables at the University of Oxford.
