Biography

Dr Mimosa Distefano is a research economist at the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics (LSE). She is also affiliated with the Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration (CReAM) at University College London (UCL). She obtained her PhD in Economics at University College London (UCL).

Current areas of research include:

  • Labour Economics: Determinants of workers' career profiles; Gender Inequality in the labour market; CEO's characteristics and firm productivity
  • Urban Economics: Agglomeration economies and workers' careers
