Biography

Neus Torres Blas is an MSc graduate in Economics from the London School of Economics. She currently assists Professor Stephen Machin in a project about alternative work arrangements and works under the supervision of Dr Tom Kirchmaier on several projects related to Economics of Crime. Prior to her work in the CEP, she assisted Professor Marta Reynal-Querol at UPF with her work on human capital and economic development.

Current areas of research include:

• Economics of Crime, Labour Economics, Public Economics.
• Other areas of interest: Development Economics, Political Economy.
