Biography

Dr Héctor Espinoza is Occasional Research Officer at the Centre for Economic Performance of the London School of Economics. He is a Visiting Lecturer at King's College London (Business School) and is a Supervisory Economist at the Greater London Authority (Skills and Employment Unit).

Current areas of research include:

  • Economics of education: adult education, returns to education, policy implementation and evaluation
  • Data science: administrative data
