Chad Bown has been the Reginald Jones Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics (PIIE) in Washington, DC since 2018. Bown joined PIIE as a senior fellow in 2016 and, in 2017, he and Soumaya Keynes co-created Trade Talks, a podcast about the economics of international trade and policy, a show that they co-hosted until 2021. Bown has undertaken public service for two US administrations. He served as Chief Economist in the US Department of State in the Biden-Harris administration from 2024-2025 and also served as Senior Economist for International Trade and Investment in the White house on President Obama's Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) during 2010-2011.

Soumaya Keynes became economics columnist for the Financial Times after eight years at The Economist where she covered economics, trade and globalisation.

Stephanie Rickard is Professor of Political Economy at the London School of Economics in the Department of Government. She earned her PhD at the University of California, San Diego and her BA at the University of Rochester. Her research examines the effects of political institutions on economic policies and appears in journals such as International Organization, The Journal of Politics, British Journal of Political Science, and Comparative Political Studies.

Martin Wolf is Associate Editor and Chief Economics Commentator at the Financial Times. He was awarded the CBE (Commander of the British Empire) in 2000 for services to financial journalism. Martin won the Overseas Press Club of America's prize for "best commentary on international news in any medium" for 2013 and the 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award at the Gerald Loeb Awards.

Swati Dhingra (Chair) is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at LSE. Before joining LSE, she completed a PhD at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was a fellow at Princeton University.
