CEP Annual Conference 2015

• Date: Monday 18 May 2015 - Tuesday 19 May 2015
• Location: Horsley Park Conference Centre
• Transport: Coach will pick group up outside front of 32 Lincoln's Inn Fields at 09:00am on Monday 18 May. It will depart at 09:15am with or without you, so please be prompt!
  We will return by coach to LSE at 4:30pm on Tuesday 19 May

Several of you are unable to attend in full, so....

If driving to the conference: there is ample parking. There is a security gate, just buzz and say that you are with the London School of Economics event and they will let you in. Full address for satnav is Horsley Park, Ockham Road South East Horsley, Surrey KT24 6DT.

Using public transport: the nearest station is Horsley. Trains run from Waterloo via Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Wimbledon.Either ring the hotel to arrange for their car to collect you (01483 286 590 - you may have to wait so if you know in advance what train you are getting, you may prefer to book in advance to avoid hanging around). Alternatively the staff at the station have a list of local cab firms or you can try:

Check In: You will be given your sign-in cards on arrival at the venue, but please note that you may not be able to access your rooms until check-in time at 2:00pm. Luggage can either be left in reception or taken into the main conference room until that time.

5-a-Side Football: The venue have booked the 5-a-Side pitch for us from 5.30-6:30pm. If you'd like to play, please arrange a bvall and teams amongst yourselves.
