PROGRAMME (PDF) - please note that we will only be bringing 12 copies of each available paper to the conference so if you really want a copy, please print off and bring along - available papers listed below.
MAP - to walk to the hotel from the station, the simplest route is to head straight down Queen's Road and West Street to the seafront and turn right onto King's Road. Head west along the seafront and turn right onto Lansdowne Place.
NOTES FOR SPEAKERS:
Each slot is 30 minutes long - 25 minutes for presentations plus 5 minutes for Q&A
TRAVEL
The conference begins at 11.15am on Monday and finishes at 16.00 on Tuesday
If you are driving to the conference, there is limited parking at the hotel at the cost of around £15 per day, just let reception know when you arrive so they can book you in as it is not possible to book a space in advance.
Group Travel:
Outbound train – leaves Victoria Station at 09.36am - please aim to be at the station in plenty of time. I'm afraid if you miss your train, you will have to buy ticket another at your own expense. I won't be travelling with the group so you MUST pick up your ticket in advance. I have left tickets in CEP pigeon-holes - if you can't make it to CEP to collect the tickets, please nominate someone else to collect for you OR forward me your home address before 5.00pm on THursday 14 so I can mail them to you..
Return train – departs Brighton at 16.55 pm (arriving in London approx 6.10pm)
If you will not be travelling en masse with the group, you will need to book any other tickets yourself from either London Bridge or Victoria Stations. Please try to arrive in plenty of time for the start of the conference - train times as below.

MEALS & ACCOMMODATION
All meals will be provided, and there will be a group dinner in the hotel restaurant on the Monday evening.
Breakfast and lunch for all Lansdowne Place guests will be served in the hotel restaurant. Those of you staying at the Ramada Jarvis should eat breakfast there then walk over to the Lansdowne Place for the second day of the conference.
EVERYONE in both hotels should check out and hand in their room keys to reception BEFORE the morning session commences at 09.30 on day Tuesday 19 May.
INTERNET ACCESS
We won't have a laptop availalbe for general use, just one for the conference presentations. However there will be a group wireless account set up so you can check email on your own laptops. I'll give you log-in details on the day.
