The Covid-19 pandemic triggered a surge in working from home. This big shift has endured and is likely to continue, even after the pandemic. This column reports that employees value the option to work from home 2-3 days per week at 5% of pay, on average, with higher valuations for women, people with children, and those with longer commutes.
