Pointing out the weaknesses of the small business, Professor Nicholas Bloom and his colleagues developed a survey instrument for measuring business quality. Professor Bloom's research team also pointed out, "Vietnamese exporters, directly or indirectly, will have a high level of management, followed by those with direct clients. outside - FDI.
