Budget 2013: Economists pass judgment
CEP's Director of Research, Professor Stephen Machin, gives his views on the chancellor's 2013 budget...
"The chancellor pitched the Budget as one for hard-working people with a clear acknowledgment that recovery is taking "longer than anyone hoped".
