One of the main references of this school is Richard Layard, of the London School of Economics. In his work - among which Happiness stands out. Lessons from a new science (Taurus, 2005) - is convinced that happiness is perfectly measurable and that it has a lot to do with mental health and emotional well-being in childhood, closely related to issues such as job security for parents and your relationship as a couple.
