Biography:

Nele Warrinnier is a PhD student at the University of Leuven and a research assistant in both the Education and Wellbeing Groups at CEP. Current research focuses on human capital accumulation and gender gaps in educational attainment. Further work includes research on the effectiveness of targeting in international sanction policies.
