Expertise: Economics of Education; Economic Evaluation
Biography:Sandra McNally is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Performance, London School of Economics. She is also Director of the Education Programme at CEP and a Deputy Director of the Centre for the Economics of Education. Current research interests include economic evaluation of government policies such as Excellence in Cities, the National Literacy Strategy; the gender gap in educational attainment; the impact of ICT on pupil performance; returns to education; the effects of 'ability tracking' within school systems; special educational needs.
