In times of slow growth and protracted economic turbulence we think it important to keep the issues pertinent to prosperity in the long-run firmly in the frame.
To that end, we have set up an LSE Growth Commission which aims to provide an authoritative contribution to the formulation and implementation of a long-term growth strategy the UK. The commission will run for a year at the end of which it will produce a report. Along the way it will take evidence from a range of individuals with experience in academia, business and policy.
