Matias is a Research Assistant at the What Works Centre for Local Economic Growth. He is also a consultant for the World Bank and, in the past, he worked as a research leader in the Ministry of Production and Labour of Argentina. He holds a MA in Economics from the Universidad de San Andres, Argentina, and a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Current areas of research include:

  • International Economics: Firm internationalisation in Balkan countries: evidence from Kosovo.
  • International Economics. The effect of credit access on exporting performance: evidence from the Credit Guarantee facilities in Kosovo.
