Dr Emma Duchini an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Essex. Prior to this a Research Fellow at the University of Warwick. Emma holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She is an applied labor economist with a special interest in personnel economics, the economics of education, and gender. Her research studies topics such as pay transparency, firms' hiring practices, gender inequality, and the impact of educational and labor market institutions on cognitive and behavioral outcomes.
