Education and Training, New Job Skills needs and the Low-Skilled
The NEWSKILLS project uses econometric and other social science investigative techniques to document and analyse supply and demand factors affecting the Low-Skilled without further education and training on European labour markets.
The project intends to promote further debate on these movements and to disseminate a greater understanding of the fundamental social changes which underpin them.
