The globalisation programme addresses micro-economic issues of international trade and economic integration, and macro-economics issues of currencies and international finance.

The trade and economic integration pages review current issues of regional integration, new technologies and trade, comparative advantage, and trade and income distribution. They also review work on new economic geography at the international and subnational level. From these pages access the Centre’s work in these areas and links to other researchers in the area.

The currencies and international finance pages discuss international financial crises and new ideas for international financial architecture, linking to the Centre’s research papers in this area and to other key researchers in the area.
