Meals: Lunch will be provided on both Friday 20th and Saturday 21st April, and there will be a conference dinner at teh Gay Hussar on the Friday evening. Please contact Jo Cantlay j.m.cantlay@lse.ac.uk to let her know if you have any dietary requirements. Refreshments will also be provided throughout the conference.

Registration and fee: For participation please register as soon as you can to ease organisational preparations. To register please email Jo Cantlay J.M.Cantlay@lse.ac.uk by Thursday 12th April with your name and affiliation, presence on Friday and/or Saturday, participation to the dinner on Friday and relevant preferences (e.g. vegetarian) for that dinner. Please be sure to mention LoWER Workshop in the subject header. Jo will get back to you after 12th April to confirm your registration details. If you require hotel accommodation, please read on to Hotels section.
Participation fee: GBP 130, to be paid cash on arrival in exchange for an invoice. The fee includes catering during the meetings and the joint dinner.

Refunds and Expenses: Speakers at the conference can claim accommodation and travel expenses from LoWER, participants will need to ask their colleges/institutions for reimbursement. If you have any questions, please contact Wiemer Salverda at w.salverda@uva.nl.

Hotels: If you require a room for your stay and have not yet received confirmation details from Jo then you need to make the booking yourself. You can book rooms online at the following local hotels: Hotel Russell , Bonnington Hotel , Travelodge Covent Garden , and Imperial Group Hotels .
