Biography:

Keith is a MPhil/PhD student in Economics at University College London. He started working in the CEP as an Occasional Research Assistant to Professor Stephen Machin in October 2013. He previously served as an Economist in the Ministry of Justice (the UK Government), working on cost-benefit analyses of policies related to the criminal justice system.
