Expertise: Labour economics, economics of education


Marta is an economics PhD student at the London School of Economics. She joined the labour and education groups at the CEP in 2011. Her research interests include: the trade-off between exerting effort in teaching or in research for university professors, the performance of immigrant children at school, the reasons behind gender gaps in education. She is also interested in gender and family economics.
