Katalin is a Research Officer at the CEP and is a Fellow in the Management Department of LSE. She received her PhD in 2015 from University College London. During her PhD years she was working with the Centre as a Research Assistant. Her main research interest is in the area of applied microeconomics.

Workplace organization, peer effects and staff performance (with J. Blanes i Vidal and T. Kirchmeier);
